RE: Fishing Snacks
I can eat 3/4 of a 16" pizza in one meal after fishing...plus the 3 glasses of choc milk. It's not a great food item, but it's there for energy replacement.

On longer trips in the US, I have a McDonald's diet that is much healthier and balanced than most people can except from McDonald's...at 2000 calories taken throughout the day.

I eat a very balanced diet daily when I'm not fishing.

Caution - Objects in picture are smaller than they appear. I am genetically predisposed to make fish look bigger.

RE: Fishing Snacks
I love to bring unsalted sunflower seeds (shelled) i make into a trail mix with raisins and cranberries, high in protein when I need it and it doesn't take me away from my fishing, sometimes ill bring some deer jerky aswell.

RE: Fishing Snacks
my 2 musts are a nice big bag of beef jerky and a bottle of gatorade. Although my beef jerky likes to make some friends with the dogs I often come across while fishing lol.
Most times i will bring some kind of sandwich too but not always. I also fish near little diners and such most of the time so on the way back i will grab something to eat before the trip home.
