Illegal to shore fish in Toronto Harbour !!

Lets hope it goes through. I am still waiting on a reply from waterfront Toronto. I think they own the new boardwalks in conjunction with the city. I did find deeds detailing one of the new waterfront condos was required to sign over a narrow strip of land next to the water for having the boardwalk put in by them. I am trying to find out if HFC or the city did the same with their stretch.

Who actually owns what across the harbour is so convoluted its not even funny.
