The shoreline is the boundary. If you're fishing Lake Ontario waters -- and to my limited knowledge those are the only waters at Bluffer's Park -- you're in Zone 20. That includes all inlets and harbors along the Toronto lake shore.
You can look at the detailed boundary maps for FMZ 20 at http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/en/Business/Let...1483.html, but there's no detail map for the Bluffs (there's one for Toronto Harbour and then one for Frenchman's Bay), so MNR considers the Bluffs a pretty straightforward part of the zone. |
