anywhere you can cast...there will be carp. I don't target them but I always see them. I suggest Milne Dam as I've seen tons of them lately.

Yesterday I saw a huge pod of small 4-5lb carp. About 20 of them in a pool no bigger than 6'x6' under a sunken tree. They spook easy when you walk by though
