I drive by there a lot, I believe it's here:
http://goo.gl/maps/hw3V8 The road is blocked off now, but there's room to park. I guess the bridge was scrapped because the road is closed from the other side as well. From what I heard, they closed the road to make it more difficult to access the Rouge's most productive honey hole  I'll be there at 8:30am
