We have met before.
I stopped off at Hamilton Harbour with Blair on our way back from the Whirlpool one Saturday last year. I was there when the Carp threw the hook, but then backflipped straight into the net trying to escape...

Hopefully we can get a few meetups going, I would certainly be up for a return visit to Hamilton as well.

An "official" meet-up on the month sounds like a plan. Perhaps the 1st Saturday of every month, or something like that.

Looks like there's a chance that my Florida flight is Sunday. My work group flying down is split into two groups Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully I can get the Sunday flight, make the meetup for at least Saturday morning.

Do you have a head count for Saturday?

I think the south side of Long Pond next to the big white bridge, across to the corner opposite the Grand stand is probably the best place to set up, this is the biggest water area, aside from the Blockhouse bay junction with Hanlans.

* Looks like I am in for a few hours, up to 1pm. I'm not sure if I will get the early Wards Island Ferry and walk the 30 minutes to centre island bridge, or just get the 8am centre island ferry.

I don't know exact numbers but I don't anticipate space being an issue. 1 other member pm'd me for my number. My friend is still on the fence (he might split in half haha).

All I have to do now is food-process a whole lot of bread LOL =P

Yeah I just confirmed that I can't make it saturday. Good thing is that after April 20th I will have all the time in the world to fish if anyone wants to meet up then
