Angler rights being threatened in Port Hope
This needs to be stopped before it goes any farther.
A cash grab with no up side. Heads down a street we shouldn't go! Smacks of the "no fishing" ban a few years ago in Toronto's downtown lake front. This is not under a local council's jurisdiction. I can see why the MNR is opposed to this. They should deal with this. http://www.northumberlandnews.com/news-s...hing-pass/ I would support more intense surveillance, arrest, name/address publication, fines, confiscation of property, and other penalties to those "jerks" breaking the rules. OldTimer <>< I once gave up fishing. It was the most terrifying weekend of my life. ><> See you on the river. |
