Newbe confused about baits / equipments

Thanks a lot for all your replies folks, they really help me to understand how to "start" on this new hobby...

Ok, it seems I have the correct bait for that, I have fake worms from Yum / Gulp... they should do the job....

But another question is... how to hook the hook / bait / sinker.... is there a kind of "rule of thumb"?

I am not sure if the way it should be set depends on the type of fish being catch....

Another question (sorry for so many questions), is there an easy / proper way to unhook the hook from the fishes' mount?
